Through her work, Kylie teaches practical tools around nutrition, daily rhythms, habits, and nervous system support, helping women create change that fits real life. RESET brings this work together in one immersive day, offering space, clarity, and guidance to strengthen health and self-leadership from the inside out.

Money Mindset Matters
Ana is a money mentor and educator who helps women transform their relationship with money, self-worth, and independence. Blending practical financial education with soulful mindset work, Ana teaches that money is not the goal, it’s a mirror. It reflects how we value ourselves, set boundaries, and define abundance. Her session will invite you to explore money as a tool for self-leadership, empowerment, and choice.
Carrie Roberts
Kinesiology Practitioner
Carrie works with the mind–body connection to support nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and clarity. Through gentle yet powerful kinesiology practices, she’ll guide you to experience how your internal state influences your energy, decision-making, and capacity to lead. You’ll learn practical techniques you can use long after the day ends.
Tayla Barker
Hatha & Kundalini Yoga Teacher
Taylor will guide two gentle movement practices across the day. The morning session uses Hatha Yoga principles to release stagnant energy and support flexibility and presence. The afternoon somatic practice helps integrate the day, offering simple tools to reset the nervous system, shake off stress, and invite relaxation.
The setting
RESET is held at the breathtaking La Belle Vallée Farm Escape in Kangaroo Valley, just two hours from Sydney. Set on 60 acres with sweeping valley views, this space has been intentionally chosen to help you slow down and step away from the demands of daily life.
It’s a place to soften, reflect, and reconnect, both inwardly and with like-minded women.
A note on space
RESET is intentionally intimate, limited to just 10 women. This allows for meaningful connection, personal guidance, and a supportive environment.
